Vista Rooftop

Vista has a great reputation, but our experience didn’t quite match expectations. The food was enjoyable, but service was inconsistent. While our waitress was attentive at first, we found ourselves having to request water, boxes, and the check rather than receiving them proactively. The most notable issue was the delay in processing our payment, as we waited 20 minutes while our waitress was engaged in conversation nearby. With a 20% gratuity automatically included, a more seamless and attentive dining experience would have been appreciated.

-Salmon wontons- Delicious. Beautifully cooked salmon and incredible flavors! Love the sweetness with this dish!
-Lamb lollipops- Wow. Also, beautifully cooked with a puree with flavors so tantalizing for your tongue! The whipped cheese spread and olives are a nice touch too!

Our mains:

-My friend ordered the seafood pasta. It's a huge portion so she was more than happy to share. Wow. Such an amazing assortment of seafood in there. Flavors were delicious.
-I got the sea scallops which were nicely cooked and I loved the crunch of the veggies! The puree was good, but I loved the one that came with our lamb lollipops more. Try it for yourself and see what you think! The plate design reminded me of a rainbow. :)

Also, a shout out to the bartender too-- loved that Margot Robbie! It was so refreshing!

We did not have room for dessert but our waitress Cydney was super awesome and split an espresso martini for us. Nice and smooth.

This is a beautiful place to enjoy the music, catch a sunset and enjoy incredible food. I will definitely be back. Can't wait to try more on the menu. Ps. In the off-season they have some incredible deals so check them out!! Happy eating, everyone!!

First time at this place. Pretty good Happy Hour deals. Had the fish and chips, made with rockfish and it was good. Fries were the McDonald's thin kind, and quite good too. The Missus had a proper (read: big) Manhattan and gave it her knowledgeable thumbs up. We'll come again, and try to stay within their HH times/offerings. I'm a real Diamond Jim, ha ha.
