If you want to be yelled at while ordering a bagel please go here. The gray haired woman who’s barking behind the counter with be sure to make you never want to come here again. I feel sorry for the employees that have to work for her. Terrible customer service, and I would know I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years.

AVOID the downtown location!!! The location is unorganized and the The manager (older woman) is rude, talks about/judges your order while they’re making the food!!! very rude, unprofessional and setting a horrible example for her staff. AND the food is awful! Our order (which ahe commented and judged while making it) was wrong and the egg and proteins were even warm! If you want a fantastic breakfast sandwich, online ordering and professionalism go Uber Bagel in north OC - Well worth the drive!!!

I opened my bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel and thought "this must be a joke". The egg and bacon didn't even cover both halves of the bagel. Flavor was basic - it was pretty much an overpriced frozen breakfast sandwich. I also got an everything bagel with cream cheese and caramel iced latte with oat milk. They only get one star because the everything bagel was decent and had a good amount of cream cheese. The latte was also terrible in regards to taste. It tasted like it didn't even have espresso and it was warm because there was barely any ice. Super disappointed in price and quality. Wil not be back.
