Marlin Moon Restaurant

Located inside the Double Tree Hotel the restaurant did not disappoint regarding service and food. Wait time was limited and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The steak was full of flavor and perfectly cooked (medium). It was seasoned with a garlic butter sauce. I also purchased the 5 oz crab cake which was delicious and packed with lump meat and very little filler. My friend ordered the lobster dish and was very pleased with the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was very good came out pretty quickly. We had the crab cake and Cream of Crab with Sherry. Both were very good we will make a point to stay and eat here again.

Mom's shrimp was delicious. Dip the bread, or anything else you like, into the fantastic sauce! Drinks were good. I had a lemon drop martini and enjoyed it. The Crab bisque was very "crabby" with chunks of crab and a velvety mouth feel. Not too salty as it can sometimes be. My dinner choice was the Lobster Orzo dish. It did not disappoint. The only problem i had was i could not finish it. The portion was more than ample. Sadly, I did not have room for dessert, so I cannot comment. I suspect it would be up to par with the food quality. I did notice key lime pie on the menu. Oh well, next time. BTW, our server was friendly and attentive despite it being her first day. We left very satisfied and confident to recommend Marlin Moon to others.
