Crocs

Great customer service. Vivian and the other ladies were great. Vivian went out of her way to help my husband find the perfect pair of Crocs for him. They also had the cute bags pictured.

This location has wonderful prices and a very clean, organized (even the Jibbitz are sorted) establishment. However, it is the manager here that makes us repeat customers.

My son is on the autism spectrum and likes to visit the shoes before making a selection. It is not uncommon for us to spend an hour or more in the store, just looking. He takes his time and we are NEVER rushed.

This is particularly significant because we typically arrive closer to closing time in an effort to avoid crowds. Even still, my son is given the patience, care, and attention that makes this autism mama so thankful that there is a safe place to shop.

We are never pressured to buy anything (but always get SOMETHING they have so many styles how can I refuse?!) but are always told about the promotions just in case. How wonderful to save money!!

I am so thankful for the mini tours of the latest styles because it is hard for me to keep up with all of the Crocs products.

The manager here, Ms. Laura, is worth every second of my 3+ hour trip from Baltimore to Ocean City. The entire shopping experience is smooth. We are never disappointed.

Excellent customer service. They were really helpful. Didn't have everything in my size but most had my size. Huge selection and managed to get some nice pairs. Great store
