Very clean room. Great outdoor pool. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, kept up and thats all that matters. Gives you campground vibes. Close to the beach. We will be back!

We found this place a few years back we are returning customers. Friendly staff, great rooms. Only thing I’ve noticed is they have definitely raised prices which is unfortunate but other than that great place!

We rented a small cabin for Thanksgiving. Cabins are cozy, comfortable. The location is low-key, peaceful, family friendly. The night life and beach at Ocean City is almost walking distance. In summer they run a van free of charge!
Manager, Summer, is gracious and accommodating. We’ll be returning! Highly recommended.
